Change your thoughts on thinking.

  • We live in a demanding world. Each one of us deal with the pressure of earning a good living, taking care of the family, enjoying life as well as fulfilling job responsibilities. The list of demands on each one of us is endless. And that keeps us and our minds busy all the time. The problem is that we are lost in our own thoughts. For most people, career opportunities are like sitting in the waiting room of a doctor, awaiting for our turn. You should only compare yourself to who you were, or your abilities & efforts in the past.
  • Unfortunately, most of us insist on looking at what others do. Our thoughts make us unhappy and our thoughts dictate our happiness.
  • You Become What You Think: Our thoughts either harm or help us. Change your thoughts on thinking. We have the ability to choose one thought over the other. We can control what we think and what we don’t want to think. What we think is based on our perspectives, our selection, our consciousness, knowledge / clarity and priorities of life. Focus is on deciding / selecting your thoughts. When we improve the way we think, happiness and career improves, and so does deliverables and our earnings.

Hello World !

Welcome to blind-spot.com ! This is my first post. I am neither a tech savvy person nor an expert blogger. Neither I am as young as most of you are, nor an octogenarian who has reached the end of career path.

I am driven by my bucket list of purposes and a deep sense of responsibility. I started my career as a sales rep and currently leading an organisation as the president.

During last four decades of my career journey, I have come across numerous talented people who couldn’t utilise opportunities and encash what they really deserved. They started off well in their career path but over the years gathered rust and eventually became liability to their respective organisations and were let off.

The purpose of this blog is to prevent such mid life career crisis and realign such talented and deserving pool of middle aged managers back to their path of glory.

Experts tell us that our unconscious mind makes the majority of our decisions, unknowingly. Blind Spots shape our thinking and beliefs without we even knowing, thus narrowing our views and influencing decisions. Are they steering you off course? It’s time to take the wheel.

The purpose of this blog is to wipe off such blind spots and add to our mental clarity, improving understandings and adding to perspectives.

I will keep sharing my thoughts and perspectives as and when I could manage some time while travelling or during weekends. Feel free to read from beginning to end or any of the posts, that may sound interesting or as you wish.

The sole purpose is to add perspectives and de-blind-spotting.
